Ms. Anupama Ojha is someone who likes to work with both students and adults. She possess strong relationship skills, has the ability to develop efficient progress monitoring systems, and displays strong organizational and management skills. Needless to say that she is a strong instructional leader who is able to quickly internalize the expectations of the classroom and coach developing teachers to meet those expectations. She deeply values collaboration and is always willing to both offer and receive honest, actionable, and timely feedback.

Ms. Arti Dubey has been an integral part of team Anand Niketan since 17 years. Talented and creative, she is a trained Kathak dancer. Having worked her way up, she has all the logistics and figures, policies and systems on her finger tips. Very popular amongst all students and parents for her affable and effervescent personality she has pioneered and led various co-curricular initiatives at ANSH namely Vikalp-Kaushal-Junior and Senior Daksh. Leading one of the most talented activity teams, that has been heralding a series of successes Ms Dubey continues to explore fresh pastures to take Team ANSH forward.

Ms. Tanu Mangla is a seasoned educator- leader and administrator with more than 18 years of experience in various prestigious schools in North India and Gujarat.
Her passion to bring innovation in education has constructively contributed to hone the knowledge and skill set of the learners.
Throughout her career Ms. Mangla has always been a compassionate, creative and an effective leader with valuable experience in classroom administration, professional development and project planning. Her vast educational journey significantly includes extensive expertise of the experiential pedagogies in the education environment as a student centric instructor, academic facilitator and instructional coach in India’s top institutions in Gurugram. She has worked in the curriculum development teams to select and prepare appropriate time framed instructional methods and content to bring to the fore best in both educators and learners.
Also a trained Kathak dancer, Ms Mangla leads Team ANSH with a gentle but firm hand towards excellence, propelling the mother branch of Anand Niketan towards attaining its goals while strictly abiding by the core philosophy and vision of its founders.

Ms. Preeti Mehta is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in driving operational excellence and System Development. Known for her ability to build strong relationships, streamline processes, and foster collaboration, she ensures the smooth functioning of all systems at Anand Niketan Shilaj School. With a commitment to excel in one of the most demanding profiles in a school system, Ms. Mehta plays a pivotal role in aligning and integrating the various branches of school operations smoothly manoeuvring them to collocate and juxtaposition them towards enabling every day at school to be a smooth roll out.
Not limiting herself to handling the systems, Ms Mehta also comes armed with an experience in driving international collaborations with renowned universities, fostering global learning opportunities for students and staff alike. Ms. Mehta’s dedication to creating a positive, productive environment and her expertise in managing educational systems are key to the school’s ongoing growth, success, and global partnerships.

Ms. Mansi Palkhiwala is an integral part of Anand Niketan Shilaj(ANSH), promoting happiness and well-being within the ANSH family. A strong observer, she is able to quickly internalize the expectations of the classroom and coach developing teachers to meet those expectations. As a mindful communicator, she focuses on building meaningful relationships guiding each stakeholder gently towards a decided goal. Under the direct guidance of senior mentors, she has successfully carved a niche for herself excelling in both implicit as well as explicit communication through various mediums. She not only strives to create connections that nurture the spirit of lifelong learning and human bonds, her role centers on enhancing the relationship between parents, students, and team members, ensuring clarity, trust, and alignment with the institution’s core values. Ms. Khyati Jani is a vital team member who had the privilege of starting her career with the Anand Niketan family as an educator and has evolved by taking on various roles, including team leader, club activity in-charge, and contributor to curriculum development. She plays an integral role in shaping the curriculum, ensuring it is learner-centric, and contributes to enhancing experiential, hands-on learning activities. A reflective, calm team member she embraces challenges with patience and positivity. With a sharp eye for detail, she focuses on skill-centric learning and works diligently to address learning challenges. Her learner-centric approach fosters continuous growth and development of students, educators and all team members. She encourages metacognition in her interactions, helping students and peers pause, reflect, and make thoughtful decisions. Constantly under the guidance of senior mentors, she has emerged as an expert in solution-based communication.
